Response: Yes, All in home water treatment equipment needs occasional attention and many require replacement filters & membranes. Follow the manufacturers recommended service and maintenance instructions.
Response: Sediment filters should be changed every 3 to 6 months or when water pressure is effected. A money saving option we provide for this, is rinsable/reuseable filters.
Response: Yes. Once a year, it should be inspected to ensure no water conditions are not getting worse.
Response: Depending on water conditions, they should be clean at least every 6 months. Some areas with high iron/manganese content require more frequent cleaning. If injectors get plugged, system can not properly function (like washing oily hands without soap).
We recommend changing the filters every 6 months, but not to exceed 1 year.
Response: UV rays penetrate harmful bacteria and viruses in the water, destroying their ability to reproduce. It is a simple but very effective process, with the system destroying 99.9% of harmful micro-organisms.
